What is collected
Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising. The developer cannot see your recordings, transcripts or notes, because they are never sent anywhere.
Where your data lives
Audio, transcripts, speaker names and meeting notes are stored in the app’s own storage on your device and are left out of cloud backups. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
What uses the network
Downloading the speech, speaker and summary models from their publishers (Hugging Face and GitHub). Those requests carry no recording data. Once the models are on your phone, the app works in airplane mode.
Purchases are handled by Google Play, underGoogle’s own privacy policy. The app only learns whether you have Pro.
Transcription and AI notes
Both run on your device using the downloaded models. Nothing is sent to a server for processing.
When data does leave
Only when you export or share a file, and only to wherever you send it. Redaction settings let you hide names, numbers and marked lines from exports first.
Permissions
The microphone is used while you are recording. Notifications are used to show that a recording or a download is running.
This website
This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider that processes basic request data, such as IP addresses, to serve pages and block abuse. The Google Play badge image is loaded from Google.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
